On average, my clients get the second or third house they bid on—a pretty good rate of success in this competitive market. Some folks get their first offer accepted (love at first sight) and others prefer to shop slowly. I am a professional hand-holder regardless.
Once your offer is accepted I walk you through the inspections and the escrow period, making sure you are informed and everything is in good order. Then I get to hand you keys, make a toast, and follow up with the details. After all, you might need design help, a good landscaper, or a yoga class you can walk to!
